Accelnet R-Series - MIL digital Servocontroller

The Accelnet amplifier is the smaller "brother" of the Xenus drive and is also a modern digital servodrive especially developed for the use with DC supplies. The Accelnet is dedicated as a replacement of analog DC-drives in central control designs, but also allows also to be used in distributed control configurations, because it has also CANopen interface.

The Accelnet R-series based on the standard Accelnet drive and has the same functionality but also matches higher specification concerning:

  • ambient temperature: -40 to 70°C (storage -50 to +85°C)
  • thermal shock: -40 to +70°C in 1 minute
  • relative humidity: 95% non-condensing at 60°C
  • vibration: 5 to 500 Hz, up to 3.85 grms
  • shock: 40g peak acceleration (storage 75g peak acceleration)
  • altitude: -400 to 5,000m (Storage -400 to +12,000m)
  • MIL-STD-specification: MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1399
  • IEC specification: IEC-60079, IEC-60068

General specification:

  • operation at 20 to 180Vac (depending on model)
  • current range 0.7 to 8.5 Arms continuous
  • 4 different models: panel version (R20), micro panel version (R21), module for PCB mounting (R22) and micro module for PCB mounting (R23)
  • efficient control by the use of vector control
  • efficient and fast set-up: CME2 software with integrated oscilloscope, auto-tuning and auto-phasing functionality
  • easy integration in central control systems: analog (+/-10V) and/or PWM current/velocity/position command
  • easy replacement for stepper solutions: step/direction interface for position command
  • efficient use as a single drive: powerful Indexer via RS232 interface (also addressable with I/O)
  • easy integration in distributed control systems: CANopen (with optional CANopen libraries for C++ and CMO objects for Labview and Visiual Basic)

Additional accessories:

  • CAN-PCI-Card with two channels (parameter setting over CAN)
  • CAN-I/O-processor for PCB-mounting: 8 Inputs for CAN-address-selection, 72 digital I/O, 12 analog inputs, 12 PWM outputs, 2 outputs for status LED, RS232
